Who we are

We’re a couple from the Blue Mountains, Australia, figuring out how to navigate life as first-time parents – without losing ‘us’ in the process.

Like most new parents, we love our child more than anything. But we were exhausted. Conversations became logistics. Time together felt different. And we started to feel… distant.

Instead of waiting for things to change, we decided to experiment, testing small shifts to see what actually helps. Not aiming for perfection, just 1% better every day.

(most days anyway).

We’re not relationship experts. We’re just parents figuring this out in real time.

If you’ve ever wondered, “Are we the only ones struggling with this?” – you’re not.

This reset isn’t just ours – it’s yours too.
